It's finally here, the beginning of the new semester. Alarms had to be set last night for the first time in months, and the world or nike shorts and big t-shirts are taking over campuses. For some, it is the first day of college. For others, it is the last first day of school and reality is probably setting in. For us recent grads, we had to wake up to our early morning alarms in which we have had set all summer long. I wondered how I would feel about this day all summer, wondering if it was going to hit me that I am completely done with school, graduated and moved onto a career. Parts of the summer made it feel as though I was doing an internship and would be moving back into an apartment with my bff and staying up late to talk about our summer romances, adventures and vacations. Instead, this week doesn't feel much different than the last. That isn't necessarily a bad thing, just an acceptance that I am growing up. Here are 20 things that every twenty something grad won't be missing about college this semester.
